Safety edge customization

First, download the Safety Edge brochure and read it carefully.

Select the model of the safety edge

Confirm that the cross-sectional dimensions of the model can be installed on your equipment.

Confirm the customized length of the safety edge

Confirm the length of the edge according to the equipment. If it is a customized arc, please send a drawing (plan or CAD drawing). See the example drawing below

Confirm quantity

Confirm how many safety edges need to be installed on each device. If there are multiple safety edges, K type should be used. Please refer to the manual for details.

Confirm whether to match the controller

There are two types of safety relays SRC106 (with automatic and manual reset functions, dual channels) or edge controller SEC-A67 (automatic reset function, single channel economic model) for safety edge control.
Note that if the power supply is directly connected, the edge will burn out. The controller has a line break detection, and the output has a normally closed point and a normally open point.

Confirm whether to drill holes

If you need us to drill holes, please provide a drawing and mark the drilling position. Please note that there will be errors in drilling holes. Only circular through holes can be drilled, and other types of holes cannot be drilled.
