Safety mat for factory equipment
The customer needed to install a safety mat sensor around the robot. We helped the customer to draw a drawing and the customer was very satisfied. The main functions are as follows: when a person steps on the safety mat sensor, a signal will be triggered to stop the equipment from working, so that the equipment can be operated or personal safety can be protected. The customer uses manual reset, so when the person withdraws from the dangerous area, the equipment can be started manually.
Safety mats for special working conditions
A Vietnamese customer asked us to make a special-shaped safety mat sensor according to the location where the equipment can be installed on site. After communicating with the customer, we designed the following shape of safety mat sensor. It not only provides safety protection, but also looks very beautiful.
Yellow and black safety mat
The customer needs to install a safety carpet around the equipment. The assembled carpet is yellow in the middle. This can better alert the staff where the dangerous area is and how the safety carpet can effectively protect the safety of personnel in different environments and reduce the possibility of accidents. In some high-risk places, installing such safety equipment can greatly improve the overall safety level.
Specially customized safety mat are used in warehouses
The customer needed to install safety carpets in the warehouse and logistics center. We customized a drawing for the customer. The safety carpet can detect the distance between the staff and the forklift in real time. Once a staff member is found approaching the forklift track, the carpet can immediately trigger an alarm or stop the vehicle to avoid accidents.
High risk areas such as production lines and hydraulic presses
The safety mat covers the ground of the dangerous area of the equipment, and can output a shutdown signal with a trigger force of 30kg (fast response time)
Loading area of laser cutting machine automation equipment
Lay a safety carpet on the ground of the equipment feed inlet, and trigger a shutdown signal when the operator steps on it to ensure safe feeding.
Surrounding automation equipment such as assembly machinery
Lay the safety carpet around the perimeter of the robot work area. When personnel accidentally step on it, the internal pressure-sensitive switch triggers a signal, and the equipment immediately stops running after receiving it.
Surrounding high-speed packaging machinery
Lay carpets at the boundaries of the material conveyor belt and the range of motion of the robotic arm, and cooperate with the sound and light alarm linkage to trigger synchronous shutdown and warning.
