Introduction to light curtains
The safety light curtain is a kind of safety device that can form a virtual barrier around the danger, creating an inductive barrier that protects the machine access point and surroundings to protect people and machines from damage. Product composition:
The safety light curtain consists of a transmitter and a receiver, which can effectively detect any opaque objects that enter the barrier area of the light curtain and exceed the detection accuracy, data cables, simple brackets and screws (different brackets for different models).
The through-beam light curtain can be used in conjunction with QCA, QCA2 controllers or directly connected to PLC and safety relays, and cooperate with the machine tool control system to realize the function of controlling automatic shutdown in dangerous situations.

Selection knowledge:
1. A variety of models to choose from, which can be selected according to site conditions.

3. The sensing range between the illuminator and the receiver can be 30mm~40,000mm.
4. NPN output (normally closed, normally open), PNP output (normally closed, normally open), RS485 output, RS232 output (two sets of outputs can be selected at the same time) can be selected; RS485 output and RS232 output are generally used for measurement type, Counting type and correction type light curtain
