The XD-TOF-05D series has an angular resolution of up to 0.1°/0.3° and a scanning range of up to 270°. It is the highest-end and most technologically advanced laser scanner on the market. It uses its two-dimensional scanning to detect obstacles in front of the AGV.
Intelligent area division, support dual-area collaborative control.
Emergency braking zone:
set the core area of the AGV's travel path (such as within 1.5 meters), and directly trigger an emergency stop when an intrusion is detected;
Early warning deceleration zone:
set a 0.5-3 meter buffer zone on the periphery, and use sound and light alarms to prompt avoidance and link the AGV to slow down.

It is recommended to use a combination of two models in complex areas such as workshop curves and intersections, and realize collaborative protection through the EtherCAT bus.
