When objects or people enter, the laser scanner will detect and control the robotic arm to stop working.
In Asia No. 1 Warehouse, when AGV and the robotic arm cooperate in sorting, the scanner monitors the stacking status of the package at a frequency of 30Hz. The collapse trend of the package is identified within 3 meters, and the robotic arm automatically switches to the reinforcement mode; the response time of the 1-meter emergency stop zone is ≤65ms to prevent the mechanical claw from hitting the sorter.
