Brief Introduction
The lidar security solution is a combination of radar and CCTV video surveillance and other means to realize the automatic detection and identification of suspicious intrusive targets by radar, automatic mobilization of cameras to track and monitor suspicious targets, thus greatly improving the efficiency of surveillance personnel.
Compared with the way of using only the camera, the radar system can keep working normally without being affected in weather conditions such as day, night, smog, sand, dust, rain and snow. The system makes full use of the advantages of wide radar detection range, large sensing area, and full range of targets. It uses radar scanner system equipment to perform all-weather imaging screening of key targets, and then combines with radar processing software to complete the detection, positioning, tracking, and recognition of targets.

Program Composition
The perimeter security solution is composed of three parts: radar and radar processing software and photoelectric system. The operating principle of this system is that the radar can search the detection area to obtain the surrounding target information, and the radar information processing system processes the time series of radar images, and automatically recognizes, tracks and solves the motion parameters of the target echoes in the image.
Security radar processing software can be customized to define areas with no warning, early warning, and emergency warning, and can find targets for normal sports and targets for illegal sports, vehicles or people parked in violation of regulations, and so on. When the radar finds a suspicious target, the software can automatically mobilize the surrounding cameras to track and take images of the suspicious target, which can achieve the fusion of CCTV video surveillance system and radar monitoring. When a suspicious target is found, the user can issue an image and sound alarm without any operation, and at the same time, the camera can automatically track the target.
In some applications that require monitoring of fixed areas, such as monitoring of public areas such as airports, and safety warnings in specific areas such as camping, it is necessary to install a two-dimensional laser scanner for monitoring the area; in practical applications, it is usually required to be able to monitor all areas within the detection range of the monitoring equipment within the range of 0~180° around the monitoring equipment. At present, there are two main types of monitoring systems: perimeter monitoring systems and regional monitoring systems. The perimeter monitoring system uses laser radar for monitoring. The regional monitoring system usually installs the radar on a rotatable base. The rotation of the radar can achieve monitoring at various angles (270 degrees), and can achieve monitoring of multiple directions of the monitoring area. The ranging range of the XD-TOF-50H safety laser scanner is 180°, which reduces the time interval between two scans during rotation.
