Spatial coverage capability - The scanner is based on the TOF ranging principle and can achieve a 270° horizontal field of view scanning by emitting a 905nm infrared laser beam. The maximum detection distance is 20 meters, and it can penetrate complex light environments to identify the contours of forklifts traveling in the same or opposite direction

Dynamic obstacle avoidance logic - 16 sets of programmable protection areas are preset, and the danger warning threshold is dynamically adjusted in combination with the speed-distance algorithm: when a vehicle is detected 20 meters away, only a warning is triggered, and emergency braking is initiated within 5 meters

Collaborative operation optimization - Through the deep integration of the CAN bus and the vehicle control system, the real-time position sharing of multiple vehicles is realized in conjunction with the dispatching system, and the channel traffic efficiency is increased by more than 40%.

The solution has passed ISO13849 safety certification, and the wide temperature range operation characteristics of -25℃~50℃ are suitable for harsh scenarios such as cold storage.
