The 2019 International Radar and Signal Processing International Forum (Technical Forum) under the technical guidance of the Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Instrumentation Society, the Intelligent Information Processing Industrialization Branch of the Chinese High-tech Industrialization Research Society, the Radar Branch of the Chinese Electronics Society and the Radar Special Committee of the Beijing Electronics Society on Radar and Signal Processing 2019) was held in the lecture hall of the Information Science Laboratory Building, Beijing Institute of Technology.
The forum was initiated and initiated by more than 20 world-renowned experts in the field of radar and signal processing, aiming to introduce academic research hotspots, the development and application of cutting-edge technologies in the field of radar and signal processing, and establish academic exchanges and sharing for experts and scholars in this field Serialized international forum of the platform. This forum is the second in a series of international forums. The first forum was successfully held in Beijing from October 22 to 24, 2018.

The opening ceremony of the forum was chaired by Professor Yang Xiaopeng, and Professor Long Teng addressed the forum. The forum attracted more than 150 experts and scholars from the domestic radar and signal processing field to participate in the exchange. The forum organized a total of 10 specially invited reports, which were wonderful and rich in content.
This forum provides an academic exchange and discussion platform for domestic and foreign experts, scholars and engineering technicians in radar and signal processing technology and related fields.
