The safe interval is one of the necessary conditions to ensure that the safety grating realizes the protection function. The safe interval must be calculated correctly! Height setting: The height position of the light curtain should be set so that the protective height of the safety light curtain covers the entire closed die, and at least one light-shielding specimen diameter value should be left between the uppermost edge and the lowermost edge of the closed pocket. quantity.
The height position of the safety light curtain refers to the position of the light curtain of the safety grating relative to the upper and lower die openings of the machine tool. Under the condition of ensuring the safety interval, the lowest light of the safety grating shall not be higher than the lower edge of the die, and the uppermost light shall not be lower than the upper edge of the die.
The protective height of the safety grating refers to the distance between the uppermost optical axis and the lowest optical axis of the light curtain, that is, the effective height of the light curtain. 7. When disassembling the light curtain and the transmission line, the power should be turned off first, and the operation must be performed by professionals, while avoiding danger.
8. Check whether the transmitter and receiver of the safety light curtain are accurately assembled with their respective cables, and whether the terminals of the cables are accurately connected to the power supply and the controller.
9. The CYNDAR safety light curtain sensor is powered on, and the light curtain sensor starts to self-check, synchronize and self-calibrate. After about 1 second, if the yellow indicator light of the transmitter is stable and all the indicators of the receiver light up, it means the light curtain sensor. Enter the normal working state.
