The safety carpet, also called the safety carpet switch, is a pressure-sensitive safety protection device. It refers to a safety mat that can play a role in regional safety protection. It has the advantages of large protection area, protection effect, and convenient installation. When a minimum weight is set and applied to the safety mat, the switch will be closed, and the controller will then send a stop signal to the protected machine to stop its operation.

Method/Step
1. First, lay the safety carpet, crimping angle, and crimping edge on the ground in the fixed position as needed. If the cable is laid on the crimping or fixed track pipe, it must be pressed inside the oblique edge. Use the corners. The ramp section at each corner must be shortened by 3mm
2. Insert the corner of the cable area into the cable duct, then use M6 pins and screws to drill and fix it to the floor.
3. Slide the press edges to one side of the carpet and insert them into the guide pins at the corners.
4. If the fixed track exceeds 1m, the hypotenuse needs to be fixed with M6 pins and suitable screws (about every 60cm) and plug devices with sealed threaded holes.
5. Slide the other corner to one side of the carpet, insert the guide pin into the track socket, then drill and fix it to the floor with 6mm pins and suitable screws.
6. Pass the cable through the oblique edge, and then wire it according to the instructions.
