Is it an old-fashioned punch? Has it been modified?
We first confirm whether it is an old-fashioned punch. The safety grating cannot directly control the linkage gear of the old-fashioned punch. Confirm punch tonnage

Install safety grating bracket
The brackets are divided into iron cantilever brackets (T), aluminum cantilever brackets (N), reinforced brackets (J), etc. According to the appearance of the punch, which bracket is suitable for installation, special customized brackets (such as foldable brackets) can also be customized.
Install safety grating sensor
The sensor is the transmitter and receiver of the safety light curtain. Install the safety grating sensor after installation with the bracket.
Install the controller
The controller has a built-in controller and an external controller, the effect is the same.
1. The built-in controller needs to be installed in the punch electric box;
2. The external controller is generally installed on the side wall of the punch, which is convenient for the punch operator to see. There are switch buttons and signal prompts on the controller to operate the punch more safely.
Debugging punch
After the installation of the safety grating is completed, the punching machine must be debugged to see if the installation is successful. After repeated debugging, the workers can operate and produce.
After the installation is completed, the punch press must be debugged, and it can be put into production after confirming that there is no problem.
