The SRTD22-99 strictly adheres to international and national standards such as ISO13849 and GB/T16855, utilizing a dual-channel safety monitoring circuit design to fully meet functional safety requirements at the hardware level. The product supports three operating modes: dual-channel, single-channel dual-circuit, and single-channel single-circuit. A dedicated 10-position DIP switch allows flexible configuration of input and output logic to meet customized safety requirements based on specific scenarios.

The product features four sets of 6A safety outputs, including two sets of instantaneous NO contacts and two sets of instantaneous/delayed NO contacts. The delay range covers 0 to 99 seconds (with an accuracy of 0.1 second from 0 to 10 seconds and 1 second from 10 to 99 seconds). This allows for both rapid shutdown control and protection scenarios requiring buffering. Furthermore, two independent safety channel status signal outputs can be directly connected to a PLC or external indicator system for real-time safety status monitoring.
