In terms of performance, there is no response in the whole area, that is, no shutdown can be triggered at any position or any pressure; local area failure, no response in a certain section or certain points, and normal in other areas; abnormal pressure dependence, requiring ultra-high pressure or unable to reset after triggering; and intermittent failure, sometimes good and sometimes bad at the same position.

Causes include internal component failure, such as conductive strip breakage, cold welding, oxidation, elastic carrier hardening due to high and low temperature aging; electrical connection problems, cable breakage, connector oxidation, signal type does not match the controller, and controller port burnout; improper installation, excessive extrusion fatigues the elastic carrier, and too small gap hinders deformation; environmental interference, strong electromagnetic interference, dust accumulation; and controller parameter setting errors, hidden faults of other devices in the safety circuit, etc.
Troubleshooting should be carried out in a simple-to-complex order, and timely treatment should be carried out to prevent hidden dangers.
