Hazardous area protection for tire equipment production
Use a safety laser scanner to protect the hazardous area, and a safety laser scanner 05D/10HM/10H to protect the hazardous area in front of the tire vulcanizer. By setting, four protection areas can be protected at the same time. In other words, a safety laser scanner monitors four hazardous areas simultaneously. The radar system can protect the human body during the feeding and retrieving process. When the human body blocks any beam of the laser, it will send a signal to the machine and the machine itself will react to protect the safety of the human body.

The safety laser scanner can detect if someone is approaching a dangerous movement and turn it off. The protection zone and warning zone can be flexibly configured and adapted to environmental conditions. When someone enters the warning area, dangerous movements are controlled by controlled braking. If someone enters the protected area, stop dangerous movements.
