The radar is installed on the rear column of the stacker for obstacle avoidance

The rear position of the stacker is protected with the 2D laser scanner XD-TOF-05D. It prevents intrusion.

In addition, the single-line measuring safety laser scanner TOF-05D continuously measures the stack volume of agricultural or other products and sends this information to the CAN bus. This automatically controls the speed to achieve the best performance of the forage harvester.

Equipment model: XD-TOF-20D obstacle avoidance radar (IP67 protection/anti-vibration design), detection radius 20 meters, horizontal scanning angle 270°, vertical coverage ±25° inclination
Installation topology:
▶ Main radar installed on the rear column of the stacker (height 2.5 meters, tilted downward 10°)
▶ Auxiliary radar deployed on the bottom beam (covering the 0.3-2 meter near field area)
Redundant configuration: Dual radar cross coverage, blind area rate <0.1%
