1. Upgrade of three-dimensional protection system
Ring network: one device (IP65 protection/anti-strong electromagnetic interference) is deployed every 35 meters along the factory boundary, and a continuous monitoring belt is formed through 270° scanning. The blind area is compensated by millimeter wave radar (24GHz frequency band) to achieve 360° coverage without dead angles
Vertical expansion: Add ±20° adjustable pan/tilt, synchronously monitor 0-6 meters three-dimensional space, and accurately capture climbing, throwing and other behaviors
2. Deep adaptation of production scenarios
Hazardous chemicals area: set a 5-meter absolute restricted area, and activate the foam explosion suppression system within 0.3 seconds of personnel intrusion
Logistics channel: dynamically generate a 3-meter safety boundary, and immediately cut off the AGV navigation signal if the vehicle exceeds the boundary
Dense equipment area: establish a three-dimensional electronic fence, and force the robot arm to maintain a 1.5-meter human-machine distance when running
3. Intelligent response system
Graded warning:
▶ Level 1 (15-meter warning area): trigger LED warning wall and voice broadcast
▶ Level 2 (5-meter interception zone): Linked high-voltage pulse fence (5000V safety voltage)
Data fusion: Switching signal is directly connected to the DCS system and pushed to the emergency management platform simultaneously (response delay <80ms)
Implementation benefits: The interception rate of intrusion events reaches 99.2% (pilot data of the Ministry of Emergency Management in 2024), and the annual operation and maintenance cost is reduced by 35%. It supports seamless connection with the digital twin factory system and builds a full-chain protection ecosystem of "perception-decision-handling".
