Warning area (5m): Detect the outline of the moving metal parts and trigger path pre-planning;
Deceleration area (3m): The robotic arm slows down to 0.5m/s, and the AGV is linked to avoid synchronously;
Emergency stop area (1m): Multi-pulse verification algorithm eliminates ghosting, and the response time is less than 50ms.
Anti-interference enhancement: 905nm laser + narrow-band filter suppresses strong light, and the signal-to-noise ratio is increased to 40dB.
