1. Block the safety light curtain and observe whether the indicator light conversion is normal.
2. Do not change the position of the photoelectric protection device at will during the use of the punch photoelectric protection device.
3. In the protection zone, block the light curtain, and the machine tool slide should be able to stop immediately.
4. When the slider is at the bottom dead center (180 degrees), the light curtain is blocked, and the machine tool slider should be able to return.
5. For presses that can only achieve top dead center protection, when the slider stops at the top dead center, the light curtain is blocked and the next stroke cannot be started.
6. After the mold is replaced, the safety distance and position of the photoelectric protection device must be adjusted by a special manager.
7. When disassembling the photoelectric protection device and the transmission line, the power supply should be turned off first, and the operation must be performed by professionals.
8. Check whether the transmitter and receiver of the safety light curtain are accurately assembled with their respective cables, and whether the terminal of the cable is accurately and firmly connected to the power supply and control unit
9. Power on the CYNDAR safety light curtain sensor. At this time, the light curtain sensor starts to self-check, synchronize and self-calibrate. After about 1 second, the yellow indicator light of the transmitter is stable, and all the indicators of the receiver are off, indicating that the light curtain sensor is normal. Working status.
