1. The controller is connected when not in use, and the description of the transmitter and receiver.
1. Connect the 24v positive voltage power supply to the 24v DC voltage interface of the receiver with a brown wire.
2. The test ground and 0vdc ground of the transmitter are the yellow line and the blue line respectively.
3. The 0vdc and EDM ports of the receiver are grounded. There is a difference between the blue line and the green line.
4. The OS1 and OS2 of the receiver are used as output, and the black and white wires are connected to each other.
2. Connection method of safety light curtain and controller
1. The safety light curtain controller conducts self-checking through the relay contacts and is connected to the 220v AC controller.
2. Two relay outputs are used as controller signal output.
3. The outputs OS1 and OS2 of the safety light curtain are respectively connected to the black and white lines of the light curtain receiver.
4. The contact self-test EDM is connected to the grating receiver through the green wire.
5. The 24V DC power supply is connected to the controller through the brown wire, and the 0V is connected to the controller through the blue wire.
6. The CYNDAR safety light curtain transmitter is connected to the grating self-check switch point of the controller through a yellow line. The 24v DC voltage of the grating transmitter is connected to the brown wire, and 0vdc is connected to the blue wire.
