Precautions for use
1. Place a suitable location: The location of the sensor should be carefully selected before installation. Sensors should be placed as close as possible to potential safety hazard areas to improve the effectiveness of safety alerts.
3. Avoid water exposure: Access to water is a key factor to consider when installing a safety mat sensor, as immersion in the sensor can cause damage and can seriously affect the integrity of the sensor's monitoring.
4. Regular inspection and maintenance: In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the safety mat sensor, it should be inspected and maintained regularly.
5. Test the sensor: The safety mat sensor should be tested frequently before use to ensure that it is working properly. So we should regularly test it for accuracy and uncover bugs.
6. Make sure the safety mat sensor is cleaned frequently: Weekly maintenance usually involves cleaning the surface of the safety mat sensor to ensure accuracy and checking that nothing is stuck into its surface. If the surface is dirty, it will affect the sensitivity of the safety mat sensor and cause false alarms.
