The safety edge collision prevention strip is also called protective strip, anti-scratch strip, fender strip, Robin, strapping, etc. Mainly used for the protection of inflatable boats, assault boats, drifting boats, yachts and various water amusement equipment facilities. The working principle of the safety edge: the safety edge or the safety buffer can be classified as a "belt" device. The safety edge or safety bumper does not restrict entry but merely "feels" it. The safety side and the safety buffer rely on their sense and switching capabilities to provide safety protection, so reliable control of the control circuit of the safety side or the safety buffer is very important. Usually safety edges or safety buffers are only used on machines where the moving parts can be stopped immediately after the power is removed. The working principle of the safety buffer is similar to that of the safety edge, but there are some differences in structure. It has an extra foam rubber accessory covered with polyurethane, which is used to protect other objects in contact with it.
What are the ways to use the rubber bumper of the safety edge sensor:
1. Clean the veneer to be protected, the greasy and dust on it
2. Paste after the veneer is dry.
3. After measuring the used length, cut the corresponding lengths.
4. Remove the adhesive and stick the protective strip on the veneer.
5. Press the entire anti-collision strip firmly.
