Application Scenario
Safety laser scanners are installed on both sides of high-speed pulp rollers to prevent maintenance personnel from entering the operating roller area.
Technical Configuration
Model: XD-TOF-05DP (XD-TOF-20DP for rollers longer than 5 meters)
Mounting Method: Mount the safety laser scanner 10 cm above the ground, forming a 2D monitoring area.
Monitoring Function: Outputs status signals to the central control system via the terminals for Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Safety Benefits: Built-in short-circuit/open-circuit detection provides real-time feedback on system status to the control center.
