Safety Lidar Perimeter System:
The laser perimeter radar system is a complete product line, XD-TOF-50H, with a detection range of up to 50 meters, is an industrial safety laser scanner.
XD-TOF-50H is a scanning photoelectric laser measurement sensor. The emitted laser beam is reflected and deflected by a reflector fixed on a rotating motor to scan the surrounding environment at a fixed frequency. The scanning range of XD-TOF-50H is a two-dimensional sector area of 280°. The maximum scanning distance of this long-range safety laser scanner depends on the specific product model. In each specific direction, XD-TOF-50H will emit a short-pulse laser pulse and calculate the time interval between the pulse and the radar and the obstacle, thereby calculating the distance between the obstacle and the radar at that angle.

Product Size
The 2D laser scanner sensor XD-TOF-50H is equipped with an infrared light-transmitting protective cover for protection. Compared with the traditional exposed infrared light-transmitting acrylic, the protective cover adopts a new coating material. The shell of the laser scanner safety sensor is made of PC material, which has the characteristics of high hardness, scratch resistance, anti-static dust absorption, waterproof bead absorption, and anti-condensation and frost.
Applications
Access Control of Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC)
In container ports, the interaction between people and machines can be dangerous. For example, truck drivers and straddle carrier operators transport containers under automated stacking cranes. The 2D LiDAR sensor can force the vehicle to enter (by placing the sensor in a vertical surveillance area) and detect very high objects (using a horizontal surveillance area). The crane will automatically stop to avoid collisions, and when the crane is already in the transfer area, the stop signal will warn other vehicles not to enter, in order to achieve vehicle identification when using automatic guided vehicles (AGV).
