Case 1: Port crane anti-collision system
Scenario description

Application method
Install XD-TOF-50H laser radar at key parts of the crane, such as the boom and spreader. The radar can achieve a scanning range of 280° within a distance of 50m, and the angular resolution can reach up to 0.08°, which can accurately detect the position and distance of surrounding objects. The radar transmits the collected data to the control system of the crane via Ethernet, and the control system determines whether there is a collision risk based on the data. Once an object is detected to enter the safe distance range, the system will immediately issue an alarm and take corresponding braking measures, such as reducing the operating speed of the crane or stopping the operation, so as to avoid the occurrence of collision accidents.
