Slitting machine
The slitting machine itself has a large number of rotating blades or cutting tools, which poses a safety risk during operation. It can be modified by laying CYNDAR safety mats around the equipment to prevent accidents and protect the safety of employees.
Conditions and methods of use
The ground where the CYNDAR brand safety mat is laid should be flat, without protrusions, sharp objects and debris to prevent the mat from being damaged or affecting the working effect. At the same time, the ground should not be soaked in water, oil, corrosive substances, etc., because although the CYNDAR safety mat is a rubber product with a certain ability to resist water splashes, it cannot be soaked for a long time. Safety mats are generally suitable for most high-risk machinery, such as manipulators, unmanned room operations, equipment doors and other uncertain mechanical operation positions. The installed machinery generally has irregular movements (safety grilles cannot be used for safety protection) and can be equipped with safety mats.
