Working principle of safety relay
SRC106 safety relay generally uses a dual-channel signal design. Under normal working conditions, the signals of both channels must remain normal for the safety relay to operate stably. Once the signal of any channel is disconnected, the safety relay will respond quickly and stop output immediately. Moreover, the safety relay can only resume work when the signals of both channels return to normal and the reset operation is completed at the same time. This design greatly enhances the safety and reliability of the system and can effectively avoid safety accidents caused by single channel failure.
